This wood graining and veneer blemish blending kit is a must have for any professional or amateur woodworker.
The kit includes 3 micro brush tip graining markers (brown, dark brown & black), 3 soft core graining artist pencils (brown, dark brown & black), one quality metal sharpener and a storage case.
Mixing and matching within the set allows you to match most walnut, brown mahogany & maple veneers used in the 30’s & 40’s. The micro brush tips on the markers allow for intricate grain marking as well as larger area blending. The soft core of the artist pencils create a smooth color lay down and blend bare wood spots and blemishes perfectly.
The kit works great on hiding pesky wood filler that sticks out like a sore thumb. They work just as well on the dreaded worn off or over sanded veneer spots.
For best results use markers and/or pencils after the last staining process has dried. Can be top coated with a spray lacquer. Grain marking and blending can also be done on most finished surfaces too.
