Vintage carnival glass Brockwitz, Germany, 1920's Curved Star with Headdress int. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Mail. A brilliant example of European carnival glass. It has 6 ruffles with the curved star exterior and the Headdress pattern interior. It has a smooth sawtooth edge. The marigold has a shine that is spectacular. I used it on a shelf with other large bowls in a stand and it was a showpiece. I collected it because of the finish and the intricate but bold patterns. Does well with mirrors and/ or lights highlighting the unique finish and patterns. The bowl is 10 inches across and stands approx 2 7/8 inches tall. It does well on a stand. This piece is not readily available in this country and is a welcome addition to any collection. The glass bowl weighs 2lbs 3 ounces.
