DRIVER IS DEAD
14" DIAMETER BELL SPEAKER HORN.  BELL IS  A VERY HEAVY CAST IRON PIECE.   THE SURFACE IS AGED  AND WOULD LOOK BETTER IF IT WAS SANDED AND REFINISHED.
SPEAKER SIZE APPROX 19" HIGH
CONDITION:   HORN IN GENERALLY GOOD CONDITION WITHOUT ANY "DINGS" OR DENTS.
BIG FLAW IS THE METAL SURFACE IS AGED.
DRIVER IS DEAD AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.
