Vintage Antique Masonic Loose Ruby Gem Stone. Nice Condition Gold Inlay? UV Glow.
Very nice vintage masonic ruby gemstone setting, likely from a ring or similar piece of jewelry. This piece does glow bright pink/ red ish under blacklight, as many rubies do. I am not sure that it is a vintage synthetic ruby, but generally I assume stones of this kind are. It has a golden inlaid masonic G symbol. I am not sure if this is done in gold or just gold paint. Overall a very nice piece, with no fractures, chips, cracks, or flakes in the stone. Has some slight wear, but none of the usual major damage from removal. Great piece for jewelry making, artisans, collectors, or holiday gift giving!
