    i have a vintage 1949 Emerson Bakelite Tabletop Tube Radio Model 587. beautiful color. light scuff marks that should buff out, no cracks in the case that i can. the tuning dial works as it should. the back cover is in great shape. i have not powered this up for years, i just recently plugged it in, the power came on, then it shut down. not sure if it was a tube that went out or if it has other issues, cap? transformer? do not know without diving into it. i will let the buyer do that as i do not have the time to do it. i am offering this beautiful radio for parts or repair only. display radio.
