Early rube entertainer caricatures and other items from the life of Ernie Smith and his wife. He worked for Marathon oil and would do stand up comedy at fairs and other venues. Quite a few of his scripts, jokes ,business cards, letters from Marathon oil, post cards, pictures of his beautiful daughter who passed away at an early age, etc. are included along with advertisements, scrapbooks of his travels and other personal items.
