it is one of our favorite all time wah sounds, is one of the few inductor type wahs that actually has significant circuit differences from the vox/ thomas/crybaby family of circuits.

"After years of back n forth between a standard Cbaby and a Boss Vwah and wondering how Robin Trower got such a vocal throaty wah tone, I stumble upon Joe Gagan's Boomerang wah demo vid...and found what I have been looking for all these years! So of course I bought one, and I couldnt be happier to finally hear out of my amp what I hear in my head! Install was easypeasy too, instructions describe how to set the trimpots but they were already dialed in anyway. Very impressed all around, excellent work Mr. Gagan! I cant say enough about it, it just sounds so good. Trower made me love wah but I just couldn't find that sound in any wah I tried.
this is such an unfortunately obscure circuit that beats any Vox/Crybaby in my opinion.
