Carnival Glass Pedestal Candy Dish Ruffled Marigold & Clear Two Handled Bowl

This is a lovely vintage carnival glass pedestal dish that is unmarked, so we do not know the manufacturer of this dish. Wonderfully ruffled, satiny marigold with two handles and a short pedestal footed base.
Nicely textured pattern in which I do not recognize.
There are no chips, cracks, nicks, or repairs Please see photos
Measures 4" tall and 6 1/4" across the widest ruffles. 6 3/4" from handle end to handle end. Base is 3 3/8" in diameter.
