It is made in Japan with rare silver screws.
I bought it as a used item at a music store. I chose the one with the least sound loss out of the four that were in stock.
I've checked the operation and there's no grinding on the knobs.
There are some cracks in the rubber gaskets and some paint peeling due to age-related deterioration.
No accessories are included.
