"Free Freight" includes shipping from our dock to your dock (or business to business). Additional charges will apply if the following services are required.
Liftgate Service:
You are responsible for unloading your items from bed of a semi truck, so if you do not have a
dock or forklift y
ou will need to add lift-gate service to your shipment (required for items that are heavier than 200 lbs). When lift-gate service is added, the shipping company delivers the item on a truck with a powered lift-gate to lower the item down to ground level.
Non-Commercial Delivery:
Deliveries to a non-commercial addresses, including churches and schools, incur a residential delivery charge. It may be possible to avoid this charge altogether by picking your item up from the local terminal. Many times terminal service centers will be within 20 miles of your location.
Other Charges:
We do not offer assembly and inside deliveries. If you ask the delivery person to perform those services, you'll be responsible for additional charges that will be invoiced after delivery person leaves
