RETURNS
Items purchased from our eBay store may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. All returns will require prior authorization and you will be issued a return number (RMA).  The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return is due to OSG, Inc. error (an incorrect item was shipped, for example). All products returned must be in brand new condition with original packaging. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used. Your refund will be issued within 3 days of receiving your package and after undergoing an inspection. Please note that the return policy for equipment is case-by-case and we will make every effort to be reasonable vendors!
