RETURNS
Items purchased from our eBay store may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. All returns will require prior authorization and you will be issued a return number (RMA). The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping unless the return is due to OSG, Inc. error (an incorrect item was shipped, for example). All products returned must be in brand new condition with original packaging. Under no circumstances can we take back an item that has been used.
