You are bidding on an old original booklet from the 1

Annual Meeting of the Arkansas State Fair Association which was held October 1
st
to October 19
th
, at Oak Lawn Park at Hot Springs. It is not dated but based on what I can see from the pictures, I would date it from the early 1900s era and based on the center image of the “NEW” Oak Lawn Race Track, I would date the booklet from the 1905 era. It measures approx. 6 1/8” x 3 5/8” and has approx. 16 unnumbered pages.  The center pages has a nice old 2 page panorama of the Club House, Paddock and Grand Stand at the “new” Oak Lawn Race Track at Hot Springs. Unfortunately, the staples have rusted, and there are some rust stains at those staples which does affect the pictures and has stains and/or spots at those areas.  Also, there is other significant wear including a loss on the back page, about 2” long at the top edge, and has been torn diagonal down toward the lower right edge about ½” long.  There is other wear on the booklet including spotting, darkening, creases at and near the corners, corner and edge wear, a few other small tears, multiple creases, and other moderate wear.
